We use trusted international courier services such as DHL, FedEx and Sky Net for standard worldwide shipments. All products are shipped from India.
Worldwide Shipping
Kshkin Creation LLP provides international shipping to selected countries around the world. Orders are generally delivered within approximately 8–10 working days after the parcel has been dispatched. Please note that the shipping time begins after the order has been prepared and dispatched. For made-to-order garments, the dress-making time of approximately 2–3 weeks is additional to the shipping time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the ordered products and the destination. The shipping cost for the first kilogram may be higher than the cost for subsequent kilograms. Therefore, the average shipping cost per item may decrease when multiple products are ordered together. For example, based on the applicable courier rate, the shipping cost for the first kilogram may be higher, while additional weight may be charged at a lower rate.
Actual shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, courier service and shipment weight.
Free Shipping
Kshkin Creation LLP may offer free shipping on eligible orders or promotional offers. Where free shipping is available, the applicable terms and conditions will be specified with the relevant offer. Free shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Dress-Making and Order Preparation Time
Some of our products are made to order and require additional time for dress making and preparation. The approximate dress-making time is:
2–3 weeks
This time is in addition to the 8–10 working days shipping period. For example, if your garment requires 2–3 weeks to be made, the shipping period begins after the garment has been completed and dispatched.
Customers ordering for weddings, festivals, parties or other special occasions are advised to place their orders well in advance.
Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) for International Orders
International courier companies may classify certain delivery addresses as remote or extended areas. If your shipping address is identified by the courier as a remote area, an additional Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) may apply.
The Remote Area Surcharge may not be included in the shipping amount at the time the order is placed.
If an RAS is applicable:
- Kshkin Creation LLP will notify you before the order is dispatched.
- You will be informed of the applicable surcharge.
- The surcharge must be paid through the website before dispatch.
- You will have 3 days from the date of notification to pay the applicable surcharge.
- If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days, Kshkin Creation LLP may cancel the order.
- In such circumstances, the amount paid toward the products will be refunded in accordance with our applicable refund policy.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees or other charges depending on the destination country. Customs regulations and import charges vary from country to country.
If any customs duties, import taxes or other charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient/customer.
The courier may be required to complete customs clearance before delivering the shipment. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges assessed during this process must be paid by the recipient to the courier or relevant authority.
Kshkin Creation LLP does not control the customs regulations or charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are advised to check their local customs and import regulations before placing an international order.
Tracking Details
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the applicable order or shipping notification. You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided by Kshkin Creation LLP.
Tracking information may take a couple of days after dispatch to appear or become fully updated in the courier’s tracking system. If tracking information is not immediately available after dispatch, please allow reasonable time for the courier system to update.
Delivery and “Left at Door” Policy
For residential shipments to the United States and certain other countries, the courier may leave the parcel at the delivery address if no one is available at the time of delivery or no one answers the door. Depending on the courier’s delivery procedure, the courier may not obtain a signed confirmation for such deliveries.
For the safety of your parcel, we strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted. Once the courier confirms delivery or leaves the parcel at the customer’s address according to its delivery procedure, Kshkin Creation LLP cannot be held responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen or removed from the delivery location.

Shipping for Wedding and Occasion Wear
If you are ordering bridal dresses, lehengas, sherwanis, gowns, sarees, Anarkali dresses, Pakistani outfits, suits or other occasion wear for a specific event, we recommend placing your order well in advance. Made-to-order garments may require approximately 2–3 weeks for dress making, followed by the applicable shipping time.
The stated shipping timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.Kshkin Creation LLP cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless a specific delivery commitment has been confirmed with the customer.
