15. Pricing and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, product prices displayed on Kshkin.com represent the applicable product price shown on the website. Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may also show an approximate conversion into another currency, such as US Dollars.

Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 8–10 working days after dispatch, subject to the destination, courier service and customs clearance.

For made-to-order garments, the dress-making or preparation period of approximately 2–3 weeks is additional to the shipping time. Shipping charges may be calculated according to product weight, destination and applicable courier rates.

20. Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside the control of Kshkin Creation LLP.

Unless otherwise specifically stated for a particular destination or order, applicable customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. If customs charges are not paid or the recipient refuses to accept applicable duties and taxes, the shipment may not be delivered.
