kshkin custom outfit design: The Complete Custom Couture Process at Kshkin Creation LLP
At Kshkin Creation LLP, we believe that luxury couture is not just about embroidery—it’s about process, transparency, and trust. Every custom outfit is handcrafted with deep attention to detail, and the client is involved at each and every stage of creation.
Below is our step-by-step custom design process, followed meticulously to deliver perfection.
Step 1: Order Confirmation & Advance Payment
To initiate any custom order:
- We accept 50% advance payment at the start.
- This confirms the order and allows us to begin the designing, sampling, and fabric arrangements.

Step 2: Pencil Sketch & Design Approval
The journey begins with a hand-drawn pencil sketch created by our design team.
- This sketch represents the first visual concept of the outfit.
- If the client wants any changes, modifications are done directly on paper.
- We revise the sketch until the client is fully satisfied.
- Only after final design approval, we move ahead.

Step 3: Measurement-Based Sketch
Once the design is approved:
- A measurement sketch is prepared as per the exact body measurements of the client.
- This ensures correct embroidery placement, symmetry, and a flawless fit.
- This step helps avoid any imbalance before embroidery begins.

Step 4: Fabric & Color Finalization

We usually work with premium fabrics such as:
- Raw Silk
- Shimmer Silk
- Sheesha Silk
- Georgette
After fabric selection:
- The fabric goes through a professional dyeing process.
- kshkin custom outfit design Dyed fabric images/videos are shared with the client.
- Final color confirmation is done using the Neelam Colour Card.
Please note: Due to camera lighting, photography, and screen variations, minor color differences may occur between real fabric and images.

Step 5: Embroidery Sample Creation & Approval
Before starting embroidery on the full outfit:
- We create a small embroidery sample.
- This sample shows:

- Finish, density, and quality

Step 6: Outfit Embroidery & Regular Progress Updates
After sample approval:
- The outfit embroidery begins on adda (wooden frame).
- We maintain full transparency by sharing progress updates three times a week.
Updates include:
- Sleeves embroidery completed
- Blouse/bodice work
- Dupatta embroidery
- Detailed close-ups of ongoing work
This ensures the client stays connected throughout the process.

Step 7: Final Embroidery Review (Before Stitching)
Once embroidery is fully completed:
- All final images/videos are shared with the client.
- This happens before stitching begins.
- Client approval is taken at this stage.
