Shipping is one of the most important part of any online business. Shipping has to be efficient, low cost and safe. We use reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx and Sky Net for standard shipments throughout the world. Orders are delivered worldwide within 8-10 working days once the parcel is dispatched.  All products are shipped from India. Shipping is calculated by weight of the ordered products.

We offer international shipping by Courier services (8-10 days). Shipping is available to the following countries only.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE.

Note: The dress making time (2-3 weeks) is in addition to the shipping time.

Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) for International Orders

According to the policies of the international carrier, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods. In such case, you have to pay the surcharge through the website. If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our notification, then we would cancel your order and refund the amount paid towards the items in full.

Important Tip:

Shipping cost for first Kg is always higher as compared to subsequent weights. Therefore shipping cost per item is substantially decreased when more than one items are ordered.

For Example: Shipping cost of first Kg, in case of DHL to USA, is $19.95 and for next weights, you are paying about $10 per Kg.

Custom Duty

Most of the items are shipped as gifts and there is no custom duty on them. But in some countries, your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes. Any of the taxes, if applied, will be paid by the recipient at the destination.    our carrier will have to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will becharged to you. You are liable to Pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.

Tracking Details

Your can track your order by going to our order tracking page by entering the order number already provided to you. Shipping information is updated a couple of days after the order is shipped.

Left at Door

Residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not at home or no one answers the door bell. The courier service will not be able to provide signed confirmation of such deliveries.

For the safety of your parcel and to ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. We will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being left at customer’s address by the courier service.
